With a touch-tone phone, your 10-digit account number and Secret Code*, you can:
- Activate your TCF Check Card.
- Change your secret code.
- Order checks.
- Transfer funds between your checking, money market, and statement savings accounts.
- Check balances in your checking and savings accounts (including certificates).
- Identify checks paid on your checking or money market accounts.
- Verify the last 15 transactions (in increments of five) made to your checking, money market, passbook and statement savings accounts during the past 30 days.
- Determine your total previous year interest earned on all deposit accounts related to your Social Security or tax ID number (available January through July).
- Order a statement update showing the account activity since your last statement. (Check your Services and Prices schedule for the Statement Update fee.)
* Your 10-digit account number is shown on the Accounts page of Online Banking or on your monthly Statement of Account. Your Secret Code is the code you use for ATM transactions.
